The Instructor

MEET TAYLOR

Pitching Hitting Strength & Conditioning Mental Game

Taylor built her game the same way she teaches: with repetition, honest conversation, and a mental game as sharp as her mechanics. A four-year pitcher at Dominican University of California and a 2025 Pac-West Pitcher of the Year, she's pitched at the level most of her students are chasing — and she's spent years turning that experience into coaching built on communication, from first windmill to varsity tryouts. Every session starts with a conversation: how the last outing felt, what the pitch count looked like, and where your head was at — then works through it together, in person, rep by rep.

"My mission is to inspire pitchers to compete fearlessly, train intentionally, and trust themselves in every moment."
